Russia was beaten by Israel yesterday in a match which could have already decided England's fate in the Euro 2008 qualifiers. Instead, England now will only need a draw at home against Croatia to ensure they get a place in next year's Euro 2008. Strange as it may seemed but this has been England's way of qualifying for big tournaments and that is in their last game. Judging by the popularity of the English Premier League around the world, there is undoubtedly plenty of England fans, would a Euro 2008 Finals without England unthinkable, i guess that is a yes. If all goes as planned we can expect England to get at least a draw against Croatia to scrap through to qualify for the Euro 2008 Finals
